Emergency medications readily available
A sampling of childrens files was reviewed. One child's file did not include a current lead test and results.
A sampling of staff files was reviewed. One staff file was missing a current physical exam.
One child's Individual Health Care Plan included the administration of a medication for a mild allergic reaction. The parent has not provided this medication along with the required paperwork to the program.
2 children's medications not in original packaging with prescription label affixed to it.
Changing pad in toddler/preschool classroom is worn and needs to be replaced.

A sampling of Individual Health Care plans were reviewed and the following was found: 1. A plan was missing the the description of the health care condition, the name of educators that received training addressing the medical condition, and the person who trained the educator
A sampling of children's files were reviewed and the following was found: All files were missing the anticipated days and times of attendance.
A sampling of medications were reviewed and the following was found: One medication was not in the container it was originally dispensed in and did not have the original label affixed.
