During the visit there were cords accessible to children that were longer than 6 inches. In the two toddler rooms there were several pieces of furniture that were tippable that could pose a risk to children.

There was a diaper shelf/bin in a toddler room that needs to be secured as it was tippable.
Equipment is clean, safe, secured, and poses no hazard.
During the visit the following was identified as risks to children, in both toddler rooms there was furniture that needs to be secured. Changing pads had tears in them which present a health concern. There were outlets in rooms that were not covered included extension cords and boxes. In a toddler room there were a pair of teacher scissors on top of a play refrigerator accessible to children. In the gym there were a few bikes that had missing pedals. The hole in the wall in gym could pose a risk to children.

Some classrooms had surge protectors that were not covered, there were also some outlets in the upstairs classroom that did not have protectors.
Floors were dirty (carpets and tile floors), and some of the classrooms were cluttered.

During the visit the licensor observed several areas of head entrapment concerns. There were several chairs inside classrooms and an area outside between the building and the fence that is considered to be a head entrapment.
