Staff meeting documentation
At the time of the visit, documentation of the October 2025 staff meeting was missing. In programs with four or more staff the licensee must develop and follow a written plan and must document regular staff meetings of at least two hours per month to consult with educators on program issues; program planning; policies and procedures; parent communication; implementation of the regulations; children's behaviors and meeting the individual needs of children.

Staff Records
At the time of the visit, in a review of three staff files, the documentation was not fully complete. Educator B did not have current bi-monthly staff observations. The observation was last completed on 10/28/25. It was identified that the Director was out of the program for an extended time recently, which is why the observations were not current. The program must maintain a personnel record for each staff member, as outlined by the staff record checklist.
This investigation inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
At the time of the visit, the program was in the process of hiring employees. All employee staff records, including the Licensees must be emailed to EEC for review prior to license approval.
At the time of the visit the program did not have a diaper changing area set up within the bathroom. It was stated that they planned on purchasing diaper paper and have the students changed standing up. The changing surface must be protected with a covering that is of adequate size to prevent the child from coming in contact with the changing surface.

There must be running water or an approved alternative adjacent to each diapering area.

All program policies must be submitted to LEAD, reviewed and edited as applicable prior to license approval.
At the time of the visit, the staff schedule was not current as the program is still in the process of hiring educators. The Licensee must establish a written schedule listing all persons on duty, including volunteers. The schedule must show compliance with at least the minimum educator ratios at all times, including during breaks and planning time; the Licensee must keep the schedule current and posted in an area easily visible to educators, parents and visitors.
At the time of the visit, there were evacuation routes posted within the classroom. The evacuation procedures posted were not accurate as outlined by the programs updated evacuation plan. At the time of the visit there were not evacuation routes or procedures posted within the Gym. Next to each exit, written emergency and evacuation procedures and routes (as applicable) must be posted.
