Cited finding
The following were observed indoors: -One refrigerator thermometer showed 18 degrees. -Staff in one room cleaned and then sanitized the table. Staff immediately wiped up the bleach/ water solution instead of letting it air dry or waiting 2 minutes to wipe it up, -In one room staff reported they sprayed pillows with Lysol. -The kitchen door was open, although it was marked "keep door closed at all times". The kitchen had cleaning chemicals and trash can liners in a low unlocked cabinet. -In one room a staff person was observed diapering. Staff did not clean the diaper changing surface before sanitizing it.
