Three staff records were selected for review, and the following was found: One staff member did not have evidence of a current PQ Registry.
At the time of the visit, multiple children's items in the Infant Classrooms refrigerator were not labeled with the name of the child for whom they are intended.
During a diaper change in the Toddler One Classroom, an educator failed to protect the changing surface with a covering, allowing the child to come into contact with it.
During the IHCP/ Medication Review, the following was found: 1) One child from the Primary One classroom did not have evidence of a medication consent form for two of their emergency medications. 2) One child from the Primary One Classroom did not have evidence of a medication for one of their emergency medications.

During the safety inspection of the program, the following was found: 1) In all Classrooms throughout the program, multiple shelves needed to be secured. 2) Hand sanitizer was found within the children's reach in the Toddler Two Classroom.

The diapering and toileting plan was not posted in the Infant, Infant/Toddler, and Toddler Classrooms at the time of the visit.
In the Infant Classroom, one child's glass bottle and one child's food pouches were not labeled with the child's name to whom they belonged.
Two staff records were selected for review, and the following was learned: 1) One Staff needed evidence of 2 doses of [REDACTED], a current physical, and an EEC Essentials Certificate as required by regulation.
During the Medication review, the following was found: 1) In the Primary 1 Preschool Classroom, one child's medication was found not in the containers in which it was originally dispensed and did not have the original labels. Also, in the Primary 1 Preschool, one child was missing [REDACTED]which was required on their IHCP form. 2) One Child in the Infant Toddler Classroom was missing Benadryl, which was required on their IHCP form.

Two staff records were randomly selected for review, and the following was learned: One staff member did not have evidence of a physical examination as required by regulation. 2) One staff member did not have evidence of a physical examination[REDACTED}
At the time of the visit, the Primary classroom downstairs did not have the number of educators necessary to ensure adequate supervision of the group when an educator exited the classroom leaving the other educator alone with 18 children.
When observing the playground the Licensor noted a rope with 2 web swings and 3 hand bars tied to 2 trees in the playground; it did not have the required use/fall zone to/fro and on the sides.
