The first aid kit reviewed did not include tape, gauze pads, roller bandage and a CPR mouth guard. At the visit, tape, gauze pads and a CPR mouth guard were added to this first aid kit.
At the visit, the Program Administrator informed the Licensor that the school had the program use Room 206 and Room 307. These rooms had not been previously inspected and approved by EEC prior to their use by children. Child care must be provided only in space approved by the Department

Whereas, this form includes permission from the parent to the program staff to administer medication, this form must be completed in full by the parent.

The Licensor reviewed the written evacuation drill log for the past school year. It was noted that the program did not conduct a practice evacuation drill in December 2019.
