This investigation inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
There were no visible hazardous objects in the licensed space. The carbon monoxide was tested and functioning, the diapering surfaces were covered appropriately. The first aid kit was missing the children’s emergency medical forms.

Exit Safety
The educator has two separate exits to the outside. One of the exits had two wooden beams of eight feet length barricading the door and a piece of foam insulation cut in the shape of the door covering the door.

The emergency list didn’t list the Educator’s new address, as required.
The new home is located on a very busy street. There is only fencing on one side. Four foot fencing is required to enclose an area for the children. The kitchen closet and bathroom closet connect. The hot water tank is located in this area. There is no lock preventing access to the hot water heater. The stairs were accessible during today’s visit.
Space - Toxic Substances
The Licensor observed bleach wipes and plastic gloves accessible in the nap room. The Licensor observed shampoos in the bathroom that were accessible. The Licensor observed a kitchen draw with a broken latch exposing hazards such as cords and other hazardous items.
