At the time of the visit, multiple educators through the program did not wash their hands before handling food/snacks.
Two Staff Files were reviewed at the time of the visit, and the following was found: 1) Two Educators did not have evidence of EEC staff form, application/resume, documentation of interview, current physical, [REDACTED], and bi-monthly observations. 2) One Staff member did not have evidence of a completed program orientation.

During the program's health and safety check, the following was found: Chipping paint was found in the bathrooms and on the window sills of the toddler classroom.
