During health and safety inspection the cabinet holding emergency medications and staff personal bags was wide open, accessible to children and a potentially hazardous.
There was not adequate supervision of a child who left the cafeteria to use the bathroom. No staff were positioned to ensure where the child went or if they came back into the program space.
