The hot water temperature was reading at 135 degrees F. Please lower this to read under 120 degrees F. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were tested and working in the basement.
The educator provided a CPR and first aid certificate with expiration dates of 6/3/26. Upon verification of the certificate, it was found to be fraudulent, and the educator has been without a valid CPR and first aid certificate since 2023. The CPR and First Aid must be completed immediately.

The basement hatch was covered with a carpet on the outside which made this exit inaccesible. Additionally, a new stairway was added to this exit that needs to be enclosed due to the gaps at the back of each step being large and considered to be a head entrapment risk.
