Licensor observed the infant sleeping in a car seat. Licensor explained the procedures to the educator. The educator must complete the parent Letter one with what licensor observed during the visit and how it was corrected. The parent must sign and date the letter. The educator must put a copy in the child's file and send a copy to EEC. EEC will send an email for the educator to do the infant safe sleep training again and must send a copy of the certificate to EEC. The licensor will conduct an unannounced safe sleep follow up visit within seven to ten days.
