There were no carbon monoxide detectors in the home at the time of the visit. Please add at least one carbon monoxide detector.
All exits were clear of obstructions. The front porch is the main entrance for the program and the gaps in spindles of the railing are wider than 3.5 inches and, therefore, considered a risk for head entrapment. Please add a mesh to block access to the gaps or decrease the space in between each spindle.
