A few children are missing physicals and lead tests. The educator is currently working with the parents on obtaining these. The educator will ensure to maintain updated records for all children in care.
A wax melt device was plugged in when the licensor arrived to the program. The educator was reminded that no electrical heating devices or candle-related products are allowed in childcare during operating hours. The educator will ensure to keep all hazardous materials away from the childcare children and off during childcare hours. The water temperature measured below 120F.
