During visit smoke alarm was not installed in main childcare space. Working smoke alarms are required to be in every floor. Provider will ensure that every floor has working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Water temp was at 146 degrees Fahrenheit during visit.. Provider will ensure that water temperature is kept under 120 degrees Fahrenheit at all times. Current water temperature is considered a safety hazard.
