Progress reports are not being done according to regulations for infants and preschoolers which is every three months for infants up to fifteen months and every six months for preschoolers. Review the progress report regulations, information in the parent handbook and make a plan on how you will stay on top of when children's progress reports are due.
Two children need updated enrollments. Two children need current medical exams. Three children need current lead screening test. One child need immunizations.

The childcare licensed space is not set-up to be used by the children. This space included in the indoor square footage for eight children. There is working smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and the hot water temp is reading 108 degrees.
The back door exit must have a clear pathway at all times during child care hours.
There are four children that need current progress reports.

The licensed space the kitchen and dining/child care space needs to be decluttered, the table and counter tops and bags in the floor space in order to be accessible for the children to use.
