Safe Sleep
During the visit, an infant was sleeping in a pack and play with a pacifier that had a leash attached. Licensor reviewed the safe sleep regulations with the provider. The provider will ensure to follow all safe sleep regulations. Please note, the provider admitted that it had been a “while” since they have had an infant in care. They agreed that re-taking the safe sleep training would benefit them. On 7/12/23- the provider completed the safe sleep training. This was submitted to EEC. Please review attachments.
