We discussed routine and keeping children confined to high chairs for a long period of time. Lunch should be prepared and ready to serve. Pizza was delivered for lunch.
Hot water temp is reading 147.3 degrees, it sholuld not exceed 120 degrees. There are working carbon and smoke edetectors. The refrigerator temp is reading 37 degrees.
Need to write up and post emergency telephone numbers.

Adult- child ratio is not in compliance with ratios by having more than six children present at one time for care.
Need to have a written individual health care plan and posted in a confidential manner.
Two children need current lead screening tests. One child needs enrollment forms updated. One child's enrollment forms are not completed parent need to sign and date forms.
The educator had seven children present at the time of the visit. One chid was picked up by a family member.

One child needs to have the physical description completed on the enrollment form and one child needs the enrollment forms updated. One child [redacted] needs a current lead screening test.
Not all children have a extra change of clothes when present at the program as required by the regulations. Please talk to parents about the importance of having a change of clothes at the program.
