While observing mealtime in the toddler/preschool classroom children were sitting at the table in chairs. Most children's feet could not reach the floor causing a potential hazard.

While observing diaper changing an Educator did not wear gloves, the Educator did not wash then disinfect the diaper changing table in between diaper changes. The Diaper changing procedure did not state the educator needed to wear gloves.
