Fall zones adequate depth of impact absorbing material
During the visit there was a shed on the preschool playground that had wood that was weathered that could pose a risk to children. There were screws on the shed that were rusting and risk becoming loose as they are attached to the wood that is weathered and rotting. The double slide on the preschool playground was 15 inches from the protective surfacing at the time of the visit (needs to be 11 inches).
During the visit the fall zone around the swings was not sufficient and was measuring at 8.5 inches.
At the time of the visit an EpiPen was expired.
At the time of the visit there was an area of the fence on the toddler playground that is a head entrapment.
