The children's attendance was not accurately documented. The attendance reflected 23 children, however, there were 17 children present at the program.
The classrooms did not encourage learning as interest areas were not organized and did not have sufficient and variety of age-appropriate materials/activities to engage all children present.
EEC Licensor observed the following: 1) uncovered electrical cables accessible to the children. 3) several children's belongings were not stored in a safe and sanitary manner, as these were found on the floor.
