Licensor observed an open top deck located in the outdoor backyard space. The following needs to be added to the bi-level top deck: 1. Needs a permanent gate at the top of the second deck. 2. Needs a 4 foot fence around the perimeter of the top deck. 3. Needs to have a functioning gate on the steps of the first steps. 4. Add a carboner clip on the gate lock located on the lower deck. 5. Needs to add a barrier in between the railings on the top deck so there is no head entrapment.
The following materials and items were missing at the time of the visit: -White paper for the art area. -Construction paper for the art area. -Wooden blocks -Variety of math materials -Variety of science materials
