The emergency plan is incomplete. It is missing procedures for shelter in place and lock down. The plan also needs procedures in place for loss of power, heat or water during childcare hours.
INDOOR 1. Large open shelf used to store the children’s belongings is not secured to the wall and the way it is positioned in the room represents an interference for the supervision of children. 2. Column with 4 edges that are not covered with an impact absorbing material.
Licensor observed different items at the bottom of the stairway to the first floor of the house, obstructing the evacuation route.
