During the outdoor play space inspection, the licensor observed the following safety hazards accessible to the children: A slide with a fall height of 21 inches did not have the required impact-absorbing surface underneath, and the six-foot clear space around the equipment.
One child with a prescribed medication allergy was not posted as required.

Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - R Apr 2025
The following safety hazards were observed and accessible to the children in the OUTDOOR space, including but not limited to: -A large hose on the ground, posing a tripping hazard -A wheelbarrow with a ride-on toy placed on top, posing a tipping hazard - The gate in the backyard was wide open, providing direct access to the driveway.
This renewal - enhanced monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
The fire alarm and carbon monoxide alarm were not functioning in the basement. In the outdoor space, there were several toys with sitting water. One of the stairs leading from the deck to the grass was loose causing a tripping hazard. The fencing around the firepit was removed allowing access to the stone firepit.
