The following was observed and accessible to children: -In Room 2, to the right of the entryway there were two brooms and a dustpan. -In Room 4, to the left of the entryway next to a white child-sized shelf there was a dustpan and three brooms. -In the Pre-K class, to the left of the entryway on a white child sized shelf, there was a radio with wires longer than six inches. -In the hallway, a media storage room was open and contained two televisions on metal rolling stands with multiple wires longer than six inches and a stereo on a desk with wires longer than six inches. -Throughout the program there were trash containers without lids.
