The educator is not documenting the meeting place or effectiveness time of the drills when documenting the evacuation drill.
All of the children's records were reviewed. One child did not have a date of admission or general/emergency permissions completed. Two children did not have an individual health care plan for (REDACTED). Two children did not have enrollment packets, one child needed an updated physical with proof of vaccination and one child needed proof of vaccination and lead testing.
The emergency cards were not included in the first aid kit.
The educator did not have completed progress reports for the five children enrolled.
In the kitchen, three drawers did not have a safety lock allowing access to vitamins and sharp utensils. In the bathroom, a loose cord, make up, plastic bag and drops were accessible to the children.
