The caregivers present at the program were certified assistant, (redacted) and unapproved assistant, (redacted). It was also reported that fellow educator,(redacted)would sometimes work in this program. In a subsequent email, the licensor informed the educator that she and her fellow educator (redacted) must work in their own programs and cannot work in each other programs. Please respond with your plan to maintain the program with approved caregivers and to stay within ratio.

The unapproved caregiver, (redacted) has applied to become a certified assistant but has not completed the process. Discussed with the educator that this unapproved assistant cannot be on the premises or work in the program until she is approved as an assistant.
The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were tested and working. The hot water temperature was reading at 127 degrees F. Please lower the temperature to read at 120 degrees F or less.
