Licensor walked through indoor space and observed the following hazard: There was a broken lock in the kitchen that stored hazardous items. Please install a new one and confirm once completed. Licensor walked through the outdoor space and observed the following hazard: There was chipping paint observed on the garage, side window, back window, and back door. Please resolve this and confirm once completed. A follow up visit will be scheduled.

Licensor reviewed four children's progress reports and all were out of date. Please upload plan on how to get records up to date within one week. Please make note of the following: *For school age children, the progress report must be prepared at least annually, at the midpoint of the child’s program year. *For toddlers and preschoolers, the progress report must be prepared every six months. *For infants and children with identified special needs the progress report must be prepared every three months.
Licensor walked through licensed space and observed the following hazards: Indoor: **LIVING ROOM**- no hazards. **KITCHEN**- There was a bag full of plastic bags. Please make this inaccessible to childcare children. There was one drawer with loose cables inside. Please secure this drawer or remove cables. **BEDROOM 1 & 2** Educator stated that she does not use the bedrooms for childcare anymore. She wants them removed from her license. Licensor advised Educator to start a transaction for 'change of space'. Outdoor: Educator has a large fenced in area. There were no hazards observed.
