There was chipping/peeling paint observed on the back deck. Please scrape down and ensure there is no chipping paint anywhere on the property. Confirm once completed and a follow up visit will be scheduled.

Licensor walked through licensed space and observed the following hazards: BASEMENT- KITCHEN: No hazards PLAYROOM: No hazards BATHROOM: There was a trash without cover, please ensure this is covered or removed. OUTDOOR: There was peeling located around the exterior of the home. The Educator does have super yard gates blocking access but the exterior and interior of the home must be free of chipping and peeling paint.
