First Aid Kit
The educator did not use good judgement when she provided care for 4 children under 2 years of age without an assistant.
Although she had 6 children in care and is licensed for 10, she did not take into consideration the number and qualifications of the educators to meet her adult-child/ratios. She was caring for 6 children by herself, and 4 of those children were infants and toddlers under 2 years of age.

Licensor observed that one child did not have {REDACTED} on file. Two children did not have physical exam updated.
Licensor observed that the program did not have enough furnishing (table/chairs/booster seats) to accommodate 10 children during meal times.
Licensor observed that the program needs 2 additional napping materials to accommodate 10 children during nap time.
Licensor observed that the hot water in the bathroom sink was 130 F degrees. Hot water cannot exceed 120 F.
Licensor observed that the lower cabinet under the bathroom sink, where the educator keeps cleaning products, was unlocked. - Licensor observed an electrical cord, a small metal step-ladder and a vacuum cleaner accessible to the children in the entrance room/back door. - Licensor observed that the sharp edges of the TV rack in the living room were not covered.
Licensor observed that the snow blower was accessible to the children in the side yard.
Licensor observed that the educartor was missing 10 hours of training on diverse learners.
Licensor observed that the educator did not use good judgment when she placed a child for potty in the kitchen.
