At the time of the visit, the program did not have evidence of observation of educators while working with children at least every two months by a staff with lead teacher, site coordinator or higher qualifications.
At the time of the visit, 2 classrooms had purses accessible to children in unlocked closets; 3 classrooms had wires/cords longer than 6 inches accessible to children; one classroom had ceiling tiles in disrepair.
