All of the infant bottles were not labeled with the name of the child for whom they are intended.
During the visit, the following was observed: 1. An educator in the toddler room, didn't wash a child's hands after diapering. 2. After the eductor changed the child's diaper, the educator did not use the two-step cleaning process on changing table surface as required by EEC.

Through review of three staff files, there wasn't evidence of staff observations.
While on the playground, two educators were observed sitting in chairs positioned away from the children in their care. Educators were engaged in conversation unnecessarily diverting their attention from appropriately supervising the children.
Not all cups and food containers were labeled with the name of the child for whom they are intended.
Through the visit, not all snacks were stored in covered containers.
Children were observed eating snack without washing their hands.
