The children's record review reflected two records containing no evidence of annual lead screening.
EEC observed the following: 1) Uncovered cables and staff personal belongings are accessible to the children in the preschool eating area. 2) uncovered garbage containers. 3) The wall baseboard trim in the toddler/preschool classroom needs to be repaired as it exposes peeling sheetrock/paint.
A child's individual health care plan was not available for review.

This renewal - monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Staff personal belongings (purses/lunch bags) were placed on top of a table and additional purses/staff personal belongings hung on the side of a half size wall, within reach of children. A gallon of Bleach was stored on top of a shelf in a hallway used as secondary emergency exit.
