Licensor did a walkthrough of indoor/outdoor licensed space and found the following hazards: **Kitchen: Cat food and water left out within reach of children. Trash bag without cover with excessive trash within reach of children. Please remove above hazards from reach of children and only utilize trash bins with a cover.

Licensor reviewed Providers fire drill log. Provider conducted a January fire drill but did not complete February and March. Please make a plan to complete fire drills monthly.
Provider did not have trainings on ahnd at time of visit. Please make sure to complete 10 hrs of training per year with 1/3 diverse learners and keep on file for licensor to review each year.
Provider uses her own progress reports. Licensor reviewed 1 report per each child but without a date of completion or other progress reports, Licensor could not confirm progress reports were being done at correct time intervals. Please begin writing the date progress report was completed and keep all progress reports within children's files so that Licensor can review timelines correctly.

Provider has a complete First Aid Kit but was lacking emergency numbers of program participants within. Please place emergency numbers within bag moving forward.
Progress reports are not being completed as required by EEC and are overdue for the children. Written progress reports must be completed every three months for infants and children with special needs, every six months for toddlers and preschoolers, and once a year for school aged children (5 years and older).

Mobile first aid kit. Emergency card pages for the children were outdated. These pages must be updated annually by the parents. Discussed parents re-signing and re-dating the bottom of the pages if no information has changed.

A current evacuation log was not available for review. Educator believes the last time she conducted a drill was two months ago. Drills must be conducted and logged each month.
CPR and First aid both expired in February 2020. Due to COVID-19, the educator needed to reschedule her renewal class. Educator is signed up for a course on October 20, 2022. Educator must email the licensor a copy of the card/certificate when received upon completion of the course.
