There were 2 drawers in the kitchen that had broken safety latches. There were hazards in those drawers (plastic zip-loc type bags, junk drawer, etc.)
Indoor Hazards
The water temperature was over 120 degrees. The Educator shut the hot water off to the bathroom sink during the visit.

There was one child with documented allergies. The allergy list was not posted. The Educator did post the allergy list while EEC Licensor was still present.
