One child has allergies and is prescribed an [REDACTED]The IHCP plan is out of date. Licensor reviewed 5 of the children's. Of these 3 were complete and up to date; the other 2 records both had out of date physicals.
First Aid Kit (FCC 2)
Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - R Apr 2025
All of the required items were observed in the first aid kit, except the children’s emergency contact forms. Educator reported that these forms had recently been given to the parents to be updated and they had not all been returned yet.
Licensor inspected all of the licensed rooms on the first floor, as well as the bathroom upstairs. The only hazard that was observed was in the livingroom, where the outlets on a surge protector were not covered. The outdoor playspace was also inspected and no hazards were observed. The 2nd floor bedrooms were not inspected as Educator has child safety locks on the door handles and she reported that these rooms are never used and she will be requesting to have them removed from her licensed space. Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - R Apr 2025
For the most part, the licensed indoor space was free of hazards. The space was well lit and properly ventilated and good care was taken to ensure the children could be properly supervised. However, in the bathroom there were Clorox wipes on the back of the toilet. Educator moved them during the visit.
