During the 2 records of the children enrolled were reviewed. The following was observed: 1) Child #1 lead screening results were not up to date in the file. 2) Child #2 emergency contact information was incomplete in the enrollment packet.
During the visit, educator did not have a parent handbook available.
Educator did not have a progress report for child #2.
During the visit, the Refrigerator Temperature was 48 F degrees which exceeded the required temperature for refrigeration and storage for food at not less than 32 F, nor more than 40 F degrees.
Napping materials : 5 plastic mats, 3 playpens, and 3 cots. However, during the visit, the blankets were observed stored together inside inside instead of in sanitary manner as required.
This investigation inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
