However, the following was observed regarding assistants attendance: 1) Per educator Certified assitant Maybi worked at the program yesterday and has only worked this day so far during this month of March 2026. Educator did not have attendance records indicating the assistant sing in and out times for yesterday 3/2/26 as required. 2) During the visit, educator provided an attendance sheet for Certified assistant Sergia which showed and had documented that this assitant worked at the program on the following dates: 11/25/24; 11/26/2024; 11/27/2024; 12/2/204; and 12/3/24. Per educator Certified assistant Sergia had worked at the program during the year 2025 (uncertain of dates) , however educator did not have attendance records available indicating the assistant sign in and out times from the program as required.
