At this time educator has the 1st floor and Lower levels licensed, however the evacuation log did not show that a practice drill was completed from the Lower level during the months of January to May 2025, and July and September 2025. Additionally, the evacuation log did not showed that drills were completed from the 1st floor level during the month of August 2025. 2) The log did not show the EFFECTIVENESS of drills documented for practice drills completed from January to October 2025.
