However, after reviewing the two attendance records provided to this Licensor, the following were observed: - One of the attendance records showed that the assistant worked in 2026 only from 3/16/26 , through 3/20/26. Per educator assistant worked more days from January to March 2026, however she did not have attendance records indicating the assistant arrival and departure times. - The 2025 attendance record indicated that the assistant worked one day in March (3/31/25) and ten days in April (4/2/25 through 4/11/25). According to the educator, the assistant worked other days in 2025; however, the educator did not have attendance records indicating the assistant arrival and departure times. #3) During the course of the visit, a child arrived at the program. Per educator this child also attended care this morning and left. However, the weekly attendance sheet when reviewed by this Licensor did not have documented the child’s arrival and departure times for today in the morning. The educator updated attendance during the visit for the child.
