The following was observed regarding private 's child attendance log: 1) the {REDACTED} child who was present during the visit, was missing arrival time for today 4/27/23. 2) the {REDACTED} child was missing arrival and departure times in the attendance log from 4/24/23 to 4/26/23. 3) the {REDACTED} child was missing arrival and departure times in the attendance log for the week of 4/17/23 to 4/21/23. Licensor observed the following: 1) missing meeting place and the effectiveness of the drill for the months of Feb, Mar, Aug, Oct, Nov and Dec 2020. 2) There was no evacuation log for the month of September 2020. 3) The educator is not using alternative exits during her monthly fire drills.
