At the time of the visit, the rear exit was not accessible nor safe. There was snow obstructing the evacuation route and the exit door. The educator’s daughter then proceeded to shovel part of the snow to allow access to the outside. The educator must ensure that all exits and evacuation routes are safe and clear of obstructions.
