However, the attendance record provided by the educator during the visit upon request of attendance records by the Licensor showed that the Certified assistant/HHM worked in the program from 8/4/25 until 8/7/25. The educator did not have not evidence of attendance records available showing assistant sign in/out times from the program. 2) EEC regulations requires children attendance records indicating arrival and departure times from the program. A review of children attendance records for the period of 9/1/25 to 9/19/25 showed the following: -- On 9/5/25 the attendance log for private children does not have documented departure times for 4 children/{REDACTED}, and for 3 of the children does not showed arrival/departure times or if the children were absent that day. --On 9/10/25 the attendance log for {REDACTED} children does not have documented 6 children departure times, and for 1 child does not showed arrival/departure times or if the child was absent that day. --On 9/11/25 educator said that children, including {REDACTED}, attended care as the program was operating, however the attendance log for {REDACTED} children did not have documented children arrival and departure times.
