Last drill documented: 8/18/25. After reviewing the evacuation log, the following was observed: 1) EEC regulations required to alternate emergency exits monthly. Educator has 2 exits from the Lower level and 3 exits from the 1st floor level. The evacuation log showed that only the “back exit” was used from the Lower level for drills completed during the months of January to August 2025. 2) Despite documenting how long drills took, the evacuation log did not show the EFFECTIVENESS of drills documented for practice drills completed during the months of January to August 2025. 3) EEC Regulations require a fire drill to be completed every month from EACH licensed floor level. Educator has the following levels licensed at this time: lower level, 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor. The evacuation log showed only the 1st floor was used for practice drills completed during the months of January to August 2025.
