During this time, three children were left unattended, two of them being infants. The educator resides on the second floor and was not able to immediately see and or hear the children or intervene if needed. The educator stated that she believed this was appropriate as she would return quickly and the licensor was present with the children. The licensor discussed active supervision requirements with the educator and the need to maintain constant supervision of all children at all times. The licensor also discussed developing a plan to ensure appropriate supervision during bus arrival and departure times.
