During the visit a {REDACTED} was present, and awake with educator on the deck in the outdoor space upon Licensor's arrival. Then, the {REDACTED} transitioned inside along with the other children and the educator. The {REDACTED} was observed on a play activity mat in the kitchen area. During the course of the visit, the {REDACTED}t felt to sleep and was transferred to a playpen and place on their back in the nap room area. However, Licensor observed the playpen mattress was covered with a loose blanket (colorful with geometric shapes patterns) instead of fitted sheet as required.
