On the day of the visit RRC Licensor identified and areas between a fence post and the building that could pose a head entrapment danger for children. On the day of the visit there was vegetation growing through the fence, some with thorns, within reach of children.
On the day of the visit the mulch under and around slides and climbing structures was so compressed that it was difficult to dig down and access the depth of the impact absorbing in material.

On the day of the visit the mulch under and around the slides and climber was so compressed that the Licensor and the Director were only able to dig about three inches.
There was vegetation with berries growing through the the fence in the toddler and preschool playground.
Physical Space Paint
During the visit the following items were identified as classroom issues that address safety, cleanliness, and overall good repair: 1)There was a mop accessible to children in a preschool bathroom. 2) There were folding chairs and tables, folding and leaning on a wall in a classroom that children pass through. 3) There were hanging colored stringed lights, longer than 6 inches, accessible to children. 4)One of the toddler rooms had a box of markers and two play items, on the changing table.

On the day of the visit, there was peeling paint around the door jam in the infant/toddler room.
