During the visit it was noted that the Staff Records Checklist was unavailable for review.
7.11(10) The licensee must ensure that educators and children wash their hands with liquid soap and running water, using friction, in accordance with DPH guidelines. Hands must be dried with individual or disposable towels or automatic hand blow-dryers.

During the review of two IHCP's it was noted that two children's plans identify additional medication that must be maintained. Only the [redacted] were provided to the program, the con current meds were not available.

Some children's files had evidence of a current physical others did not. During a review of the files there is not a section for parents to sign attesting that their child’s physical is maintained by the school.

During a review of required postings, it was noted that the evacuation procedure was located on the inside door of a closed storage shelf, and not near the exits.
During a review of Medications and IHCP’s it was noted that two children have medications on site. One child has an expired IHCP and Medication Consents Form. The other child did not appear to have any medical documentation on file.
Supervision of Children
Twenty children/two educators on the playground. One educator brings a child indoors for dismissal for several minutes leaving the ratio at 19/1.
