During a review of medication, two siblings are sharing the same prescription medication that is prescribed for one of the children. It was reported that both children have the same medical condition and require the same medication. However the program must maintain and practice the 5 rights of medication ensuring the appropriate medication, child, dosage, route, and time. Medication labels are for individual children.
