Emergency action plan for a child with allergies was signed by the pediatrician, however, [REDACTED]was present at the program and the allergy list with the location of the EpiPen was not posted. EpiPen must be in the prescription box with the pharmacy label attached. Parents must also sign a medication consent form that is kept on file at the program.

First aid kit is complete with a thermometer, Band-Aids, CPR mouth guard, gauze, etc. Several emergency card pages for the children must be updated by the parents.
