Attendance in two preschool rooms was inaccurate. In one of these rooms, 8 children were present and only 5 were documented on the attendance. In the other room, 8 children were present and 0 were documented on the attendance.
More than three infants were in attendance during EEC visit. One educator was observed leaving the classroom out of ratio on more than one occasion.
